SFR – Super Fine Realtors is a family run real estate investment and development firm based in Gurugram, Haryana, India, working across construction management, real estate development and high ticket size property consultation.

An enquiry through the Website does not by itself create a client relationship. Our services are provided under a separate written engagement, mandate letter, agreement or confirmed scope of work agreed between you and SFR, which will set out the deliverables, timelines, fees and responsibilities that apply.
Where our terms of engagement conflict with these Terms, the terms of the signed engagement will prevail for that engagement.
Fees, brokerage, consultation charges and payment schedules are agreed in writing before work commences. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be charged at the prevailing rate.
All payments to SFR must be made only to the bank account named in an invoice issued by us on our letterhead or official email. We will never ask you to transfer funds to a personal account or to an account communicated only over an unverified message. If you receive payment instructions that look unusual, confirm them with us directly before transferring anything.
Payments to developers, sellers, authorities or third parties are governed by the agreements you sign with those parties directly. SFR is not responsible for the collection, refund or adjustment of such amounts unless we are expressly acting as a party to that arrangement.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability in connection with the Website or any related enquiry will not exceed the amount of fees actually paid by you to SFR in respect of the matter giving rise to the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is lower.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SFR and its partners, directors, employees and representatives against any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any law or third party right.
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and the rights available to you. Please read it alongside these Terms.
By submitting your contact details through the Website, you consent to being contacted by SFR and its authorised representatives by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp in relation to your enquiry, even if your number is registered on a Do Not Disturb or Do Not Call list.
